kill & be free after paying fine

one such bizzare judgement given by the kangaroo court of paldi village in muzzafarnagar the jatland of u.p . the kangaroo court are known in this jatland very infamoust in their jadgement to hang the lover couple in many cases but why they are so merciful against the killer god knows only. in paldi village kunwarpal was killed in 2006 by the accused person.the kangaroo court ask the accused to pay 2 lakh as fine & set him free. the kangaroo court said that the fine will be paid to the decesed person as a compensation. the panchayat also said that the both parties have signed the compromise letter & the same will be submitted in court
