Why are our countrymen meek, unwilling to fight for their rights, scared of the police. Does it have to do someting about our being under the British rule for long ... is it the mothers, who drill into into the child "go to sleep or the policeman..
Received feed back from many, that, we have been taught, to only obey those in uniform while growing up and find it difficult to fight the police ... it needs guts they say. Wakeup, you do not need guts to fight the rogues in uniform..... need just a little strenght of character and common sense, to fight for what is right.
Even Animals in jungles, fight for their own kind. Watch on National Geograpic channel, what happens when a pack of lions, attack one buffaloe out of a herd of wild buffaloes ...you will always see, some buffaloes, come to the aid of the downed buffaloe and will try their best to save it from the lions.
Atleast behave like the buffaloes. (not addressed to those who are weak and poor) Visit now www.RoguePolice.com Policing the Police
Setting the Rogue Police Officers in Mumbai or any other large city in the country, to change their ways, is not difficult. Needed is will power, devotion of time (4-8 hrs a week) and the confidence that it can be done.
There is a massive force in Mumbai and in many other cities, which needs to be tapped. The force I am referring to, is young elderly people who have either taken VRS, or have just retired age 58. All those who are healthy up to 65-70 yrs could join in a crusade to make the corrupt rogues shiver.
Mind you, I am referring to highly experienced, highly qualified Retiree Engineers, Doctors, Lawyers, Police Officers, Judges, Army men, Teachers and Businessmen, people who are financially self sufficient. Who do not know what to do, with time on their hands.
This segment of people are at a point in life, where they see no goals to achieve, see no purpose in going on living. If a noble goal of reforming the Police in India is shown to them, they will feel rejuvenated, they will find a purpose in life, and believe me all it will take is 80-100 elderly people to keep tabs on each Police station in their own area only.
A committee of 5 or 7 or 9 could be formed in each police station area, to look into serious lapses on the part of the local police station. A force like this will sent the corrupt running for cover.
Yes, it will take a bit of organising. Which experienced people will not find difficult.
If I alone, at age 58 can take on the rogues at Khar police station, and send them scurrying, think what 80-100 can do together.
If you believe, what is stated above is possible and you would like to be a part of it, send me a mail at ikchhugani@yahoo.com . Very soon an ad campaign will be launched to start such a force in Mumbai.... Also please inform your friends, who might be interested. |
You cannot expect for a change to happen overnight. The process of change is slow and gradual. It is a work in progress all the time. It happens through legislation, it happens through social transformation, attitude change, and mindset change. So it is indeed a work in progress all the time.. You have to keep working on it, without worrying too much to see the outcome in your lifetime....Kaifi Azmi | ikchhugani@yahoo.com
