Judicial  system in India is considered one of complex and hard minds game for common Indians.Poeple are so scared to get involve in this system because of its never ending proceedings. They do out of court settlements and afraid of being sited as witnesses in mostly cases actually happened in their presence. In true sense which will prevails among general public is that Indian courts are just meant for delaying. Every time litigants go to temple of justice with hopes in their eyes for justice but most of them only find next dates for their cases.

Do recent judicial activeness in high profile cases can be replicate to more then 29 million pending cases in lower courts, High Courts and Supreme Court of India.

Following tabular presentation is telling the real activeness of Indian Judicial delivery system of this ancient nation.

The above table shows the real misery of an Indian on Justice for his or her causes. If we assume a simple statistics i.e. if five individuals are involved in one legal case, which is very small number considering the factual scenario of Indian courts where witnesses lists are usually made lengthy to make cases prolong by accused side. This statistics simply conveys that more then 150 million Indians have to face the hardship in Indian Marathon to achieve Justice. In other words every 7th Indian is involved in any of judicial case in Indian courts.

14% of India’s population attends courts by passing its precious time. This situation goes worst when one know that more then 75% Indian population resides in villages.

Media and other socialite organizations had come forward to the cause of high profile cases. But the voices of ordinary Indian left unheard during this activeness by both media and Indian Judiciary.

If this swiftness, which Indian Judiciary has shown in recent high profile cases  will be replicate in all those pending lists of Justice Seekers. Then only we the  commoner can be befitted by this action of Indian Judiciary ,other wise every delayed case of Indian will waits for a candle at India Gate.
